“From the very beginning, MediaDesk helped us decide on our name and clarify the articulation of our mission and vision. From our brand identity and website, to training for our graduates, to being some of our favorite customers in the Cafe, to the excitement that they all bring our collaborative work, I could go on and on . . . We quite literally would not be here without them.”
– Anzia Bennett, Executive Director, Three Sisters Kitchen

Three Sisters Kitchen Poster on a stand

Three Sisters Kitchen was born out of 2+ years of community conversations. Recognizing that Albuquerque needed a food space, the idea for Three Sisters Kitchen emerged to create a warm, welcoming space that celebrates and supports local food producers year-round, promotes a healthy community, and offers meaningful opportunities to engage in the local food system.

Once the community-articulated need was identified, a brand identity and community presence were the next steps, which is what brought Three Sisters Kitchen to MediaDesk.

To date, we’ve worked with Three Sisters Kitchen on their brand identity, messaging, website design and online store, product design, signage and more. They also happened to move in across the street from us when they officially opened shop — turns out we’re good neighbors too <3

This Part Was A Big Deal

Three Sisters Kitchen is complex, and we wanted to make sure that community members and funders alike understood exactly what they do. So we sat down together, ate some burritos, and decided to expand their online presence. Together, we made a couple of videos and a website that help explain how their community classroom, local foods shop, and test kitchen come together to nourish our community from the ground up.

Make it different.
Make a difference.
